Chatlo Terms of Use

Effective date: July 15, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Chatlo, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Together, they form the agreement between you and Chatlo for your use of the app and its paid features. If you do not agree, do not use Chatlo.

2. App license

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chatlo for lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store where you obtained Chatlo.

3. Third-party AI services

Chatlo is a client for AI services. Third-party AI providers are not controlled by Chatlo. Their availability, model behavior, pricing, data handling, safety filters, and output quality may change. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of each provider you configure or use.

4. User content and AI output

You are responsible for the prompts, files, data, API keys, and other content you provide. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for your purpose. Do not rely on AI output as your sole source of truth, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or other professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Chatlo or connected AI services for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass provider limits, security controls, payment systems, or platform rules.
• Do not submit content that you do not have the right to process or share.
• Do not use Chatlo to create or distribute malware, exploit instructions, or unauthorized access tools.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Chatlo may offer a monthly subscription, annual subscription, and one-time lifetime purchase. After a paid entitlement is activated, you may use the paid features included in that entitlement during the applicable service period, subject to these terms and platform rules. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Apple may charge your Apple account within the renewal window before the current billing period ends. Lifetime purchase means a one-time purchase for the paid entitlement offered in Chatlo at the time of purchase; it does not guarantee permanent availability of third-party AI providers, external services, or features that depend on platform or provider changes.

7. Auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription

The auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription is an automatic renewal service provided after you enable the membership subscription service. If you enable the auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, you authorize Chatlo to charge the monthly or annual service fee for the next billing period from your third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, iTunes account (collectively, "Account"), or other accounts when your activated membership subscription service is about to expire. The charge time is within 24 hours before the billing period expires.

You may cancel the activated auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription through the following path: on an iPhone, open iOS "Settings" → "iTunes Store & App Store" → select "Apple ID" → tap "View Apple ID" → tap "Subscriptions" on the account settings page → cancel the subscription.

8. Paid service fees, refunds, and purchase restoration

You understand and agree that membership subscription services are paid services, and Chatlo may charge fees for internet value-added service use through the App Store. After you enable a paid membership subscription, fees already paid are not refundable by Chatlo merely because you did not actually use the service or access paid content during the corresponding service period. Apple processes payments and refunds for App Store purchases. Refund eligibility and procedures are controlled by Apple and applicable law. Chatlo provides purchase restoration where supported so that you can restore an active entitlement associated with your Apple account.

9. Fees and rule changes

You understand and agree that Chatlo may decide and revise the charging standards and rules for membership subscription services from time to time. Such standards and rules become effective when published or when required by the App Store, and form an effective part of these terms. If you do not agree with those standards, rules, or revisions, you may stop using the membership subscription service or cancel your subscription through your Apple account. Continued use of the membership subscription service means you agree to the relevant content.

10. Availability and changes

Chatlo may change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, provider support, paid offerings, pricing, or billing rules when needed for security, compliance, technical, business, or platform reasons. Updated pricing and rules take effect when published or when required by the app store. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the paid service or cancel your subscription through your Apple account. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Intellectual property

Chatlo, including its design, software, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights you have in your own content. Rights in AI output may depend on the provider terms and applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

Chatlo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or service availability arising from your use of Chatlo or third-party services.

14. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded Chatlo from the Apple App Store, Apple's applicable terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for Chatlo's content, support, maintenance, or third-party AI provider behavior except as required by Apple's rules and applicable law.

16. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use when Chatlo changes or when legal, provider, platform, or business requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

1. 接受条款

下载、访问、购买或使用 Chatlo，即表示你同意本用户条款和隐私政策。二者共同构成你与 Chatlo 之间关于使用 App 和付费功能的协议。如果你不同意，请不要使用 Chatlo。

2. 应用许可

我们授予你有限的、个人的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许你在遵守本条款和获取 Chatlo 的应用商店规则的前提下，为合法目的使用 Chatlo。

3. 第三方 AI 服务

Chatlo 是 AI 服务客户端。第三方 AI 服务商不受 Chatlo 控制。其可用性、模型行为、价格、数据处理、安全过滤和输出质量都可能变化。你有责任阅读并遵守你配置或使用的每个服务商的条款和政策。

4. 用户内容和 AI 输出

你需要对自己提供的提示词、文件、数据、API Key 和其他内容负责。AI 输出可能不准确、不完整、令人不适、不安全，或不适合你的用途。不要把 AI 输出作为唯一事实来源，也不要把它作为法律、医疗、金融或其他专业建议的替代。

5. 可接受使用

• 不得将 Chatlo 或连接的 AI 服务用于违法、有害、滥用、欺骗或侵权活动。
• 不得试图绕过服务商限制、安全控制、支付系统或平台规则。
• 不得提交你无权处理或分享的内容。
• 不得使用 Chatlo 创建或分发恶意软件、漏洞利用说明或未授权访问工具。

6. 购买和订阅

Chatlo 可能提供月订阅、年订阅和一次性终身买断。付费权益开通后，你可以在适用服务期间内使用该权益包含的付费功能，但仍需遵守本条款和平台规则。订阅计划会自动续订，除非你在续订前通过 Apple 账号取消。Apple 可能会在当前计费周期结束前的续订窗口内向你的 Apple 账号扣费。终身买断是针对购买时 Chatlo 提供的付费权益的一次性购买；它不保证第三方 AI 服务商、外部服务，或依赖平台/服务商变化的功能永久可用。

7. 连续包月/包年服务

连续包月/包年服务是在你已开启会员订阅服务的前提下，向你提供的自动续费服务。如你开通连续包月/包年服务， 则视为你授权本应用在你已开通的会员订阅服务即将到期时，从你的第三方支付账户、银行卡、通讯账号、 iTunes 账户（简称 “账户”）等代扣下一个计费周期的月度或年度服务费用。扣费时间为计费周期到期前 24 小时内。

你可通过下述途径取消已开通的连续包月/包年服务：苹果手机在 iOS 设备 “设置” → “iTunes Store 与 App Store” → 选择“Apple ID” → 点击“查看 Apple ID” → 在账户设置页面点击“订阅” → 取消订阅

8. 付费服务

你理解并同意，会员订阅服务为付费服务，本应用将收取互联网增值服务使用费。开启会员订阅功能后， 无论你是否在相应服务期限内实际使用该服务或访问电子内容，已支付的费用不支持退款。

你理解并同意，本应用有权自行决定并不时修订会员订阅服务相关的收费标准和规则，该类标准及规则一经发布即生效， 并构成本条款的有效组成部分。如你不同意前述标准、规则及其修订，你有权停止使用会员订阅服务。你继续使用会员订阅服务即视为你同意相关内容。

9. 可用性和变更

出于安全、合规、技术、商业或平台原因，Chatlo 可能变更、暂停或停止功能、集成、服务商支持、付费项目、价格或计费规则。更新后的价格和规则会在发布时或应用商店要求的时间生效。如果你不同意变更，可以停止使用付费服务，或通过 Apple 账号取消订阅。我们不保证服务不间断或没有错误。

10. 知识产权

Chatlo 的设计、软件和品牌受知识产权法律保护。你保留自己内容中已有的权利。AI 输出的权利可能取决于服务商条款和适用法律。

11. 免责声明

Chatlo 按“现状”和“可用”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对适销性、特定用途适用性、准确性、可用性和不侵权作出保证。

12. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用 Chatlo 或第三方服务而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩罚性或惩戒性损害，以及数据、利润、业务、商誉或服务可用性的损失，Chatlo 不承担责任。

13. Apple App Store 条款

如果你从 Apple App Store 下载 Chatlo，Apple 的适用条款也同时适用。除 Apple 规则和适用法律要求外，Apple 不负责 Chatlo 的内容、支持、维护或第三方 AI 服务商行为。

15. 条款更新

当 Chatlo 发生变化，或法律、服务商、平台、商业要求发生变化时，我们可能会更新本用户条款。更新后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
